One of the top linebacker prospects in the Midwest just returned from an unofficial visit at Wisconsin. Brandon Kelly, a 6-foot-3, 220-pounder, from Bedford, Ohio says his visit to Madison was outstanding.
"This was my second visit to Wisconsin. We visited during the summer and I had the chance to walk on the field (Camp Randall).
"What a difference it makes when 70,000 fans are in the stands. The (Ohio State) game was great. It would have been nice if Wisconsin would have won but it was still a great game.
"I didn't commit. I'm going to take all of my visits before making a decision.
"I had the chance to speak with Lee Evans also. Lee is from my high school (Bedford) and so is Chris Chambers.
"It's called the Bedford connection. They've had two offensive players from Bedford, now it's time for a defensive player."
Kelly has all five of his official visits set. His last visit will be December 14th with the Wisconsin Badgers.
