Stock Report - Jack Cooley

Jack Cooley, a 6-foot-8, 220-pound, forward, from Glenview (Ill.) Glenbrook South, hasn't been offered a scholarship yet by Wisconsin but Cooley did recently visit the campus in Madison and talked to Badger Nation about that visit.

"I had a great time in Madison," Jack Cooley told Badger Nation.

"I've always liked Wisconsin and I like it even more know that I've had the chance to come up and see the campus and check out a game. There's nothing really seeing a game at the Kohl Center.

"Coach Gard, Coach Ryan and everyone at Wisconsin were great hosts. I really like the Wisconsin staff a lot." We asked Cooley if he could tell us which schools have offered him a scholarship and which schools are currently his favorites.

"Right now I have offers from Northern Illinois, Southern Illinois, Miami (Ohio), Illinois State and Loyola (Chicago)." Cooley said.

"My favorites are Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Illinois and Marquette. Those four schools seem to be the most interested in me right now so I'm going to list them as my favorites."

Cooley has been on the varsity at Glenbrook South for the past two seasons. According to Cooley's AAU coach Brian Davis, Cooley is the #2 ranked junior prospect in the state behind Illinois verbal commitment D.J. Richardson.
