Running Away with a Victory

After struggling to score points at the end of the half, UW's running game carried the load in the second half. P.J. Hill, who has moved into seventh place on UW's career rushing list, Zach Brown and John Clay have each found the end zone in the second half to give UW the wire to wire victory.

MADISON - Wisconsin won its 11th-straight season opener thanks to a solid running attack, in which P.J. Hill, Zach Brown and John Clay all found the end zone against Akron's patchwork defense.
