"I visited Iowa last weekend and I committed," said running back Albert Young.
"The Wisconsin coaches weren't too happy with me but I felt in my heart that Iowa was the best place for me.
"I had a very good relationship with (Wisconsin coach) Brian White but I just felt that Iowa was the best place for me.
"I sat down and sorted everything out. Wisconsin won out in just about every category but my heart just told me that Iowa is the place for me.
"My friend, James Townsend is also going to Iowa and that's another plus.
"I'm still going to Boston College this weekend. I just want to check it out."
Young, a 5-foot-10, 205-pounder, from Moorestown, New Jersey was named all-state in 2002.
