On the close game: "It was a great game. Hats off to Fresno, a great team. We knew it'd be a tough ball game. They're a tough program with great coaches. I'm just glad we were able to pull it together and come out with a victory."

On facing a lot of pressure: "We knew we'd get heated up a little bit, especially when Travis (Frederick) went down with an injury and we had a new center. But that's part of being a quarterback and that's part of the job."

On the difference between playing the entire game and not splitting time: "I honestly didn't feel much difference from last week. If I'm in, it's great, I can hold my rhythm, but at the same time if Curt (Phillips) is in it adds a whole new dimension because they have to stop him too. I think it's going to be week to week. Whatever we need to do to win, I'm all for it."

On his grade after week two: "I'd say a C or B. I had some mental errors on the reads. I need to clean them up and just get better every week. The rest will take care of itself."
