Daily Dr. Roto — October 14, 2016

DFS Plays for Week 6

Ben Roethlisberger — While it’s true that Big Ben usually underperforms on the road, it’s hard to imagine that he will play poorly vs. the awful Dolphins. A virtual must in cash games.

Tom Brady — It really doesn’t matter the opponent, stacking Brady with Gronk is a safe play in DFS as there is.

Drew Brees — Brees at home is a must start. Brees at home vs. the struggling Panthers might be DFS gold.

Ryan Tannehill — I know he’s been terrible, but if you think that the game will be high scoring, there have to be some garbage time points for Tannehill who will come cheaply on all sites.

Andy Dalton — Dalton has played pretty well this year, and if the Bengals want to stay in this game, they will have to throw the ball.

Carson Palmer — The Jets have been terrible vs. the pass and the Cardinals wing it downfield more than any other team in the NFL.

Blake Bortles — He just seems due for a big game, and you get him at a discount.

Russell Wilson — I love the spot for Seattle this week. They are playing at home vs. Atlanta who seems ripe for a letdown. Plus Wilson has had time to heal his injuries.

Jalen Richard — If Lat Murray is out once again, I like Richard to get the bulk of the carries for the Raiders.

Jamaal Charles — When Andy Reid talks about “getting him some work” that is code words for “please fade me.” Charles is still undervalued so I can’t blame anyone who chooses to use him — just be careful.

Carlos Hyde — What’s not to like. I think Kaepernick's running ability might open even more lanes for him to run.

LeSean McCoy — He is the bell-cow RB in a run first offense. Love him this week.

Lamar Miller — If he is ever going to have a great week, this will be it.

Gio Bernard — With Hill not quite 100% and the Bengals most likely playing from behind you have to think that Gio gets tons of catches.

Jordan Howard — His price is creeping up, but he is still worth every penny.

Christine Michael — With Rawls out and no clear other choice in Seattle’s backfield, Michael is a lock for 20-25 touches.

Le’Veon Bell — I know he’s pricey, but he is a Fantasy monster.

DeMarco Murray — He has been exceptional this season. Not only is he running well, but he has also shown excellent hands out of the backfield. A lock for 20 points vs. Cleveland.

Antonio Brown — Narrative alert: Brown is from Miami. You do the DFS math.

DeAndre Hopkins — He is due for a huge game IF Brock can finally step up his game.

Allen Robinson — It’s double-digit targets for ARob every week. This week vs., Chicago should be no exception.

Jarvis Landry — Landry underperformed last week which means that his ownership should drop some. I like him for 20 points on DK.

John Brown — It could be Fitzgerald or Floyd or Brown, but for sure ONE of them will have a huge game vs. the Jets on Monday.

Brandon LaFell — Narrative Alert — LaFell used to play with the Patriots so you know he wants to do well. With Green getting covered by Butler, LaFell should see tons of CB Logan Ryan which is a very good thing.

Cameron Meredith — Can he do it two weeks in a row? I think so.

Tyler Lockett — He has been terrible this year, but with Trufant covering Baldwin Lockett should be able to blow by Alford for a long score.

Brandin Cooks — Cooks at home is a must play. Lock it in!

Kelvin Benjamin — Benjamin vs. New Orleans?? Loving it!

Jeremy Maclin — I’m not sure the Raiders CBs can keep up with Maclin. Excellent price for him too.

Kamar Aiken — With Smith out it seems like Aiken is the likely beneficiary plus he will cost the minimum salary.

Greg Olsen — I love watching him play. He is as solid as they come. Great cash game play this week.

Martellus Bennett — Are you still worried about him and Gronk on the field at the same time? I’m not, plus you can get him at a discount.

Delanie Walker — He’s Mariota’s favorite target, and Walker is playing a team that is atrocious vs. TE.

Rob Gronkowski — With Bennett doing so well last week, it’s possible that Gronk will be lower owned this week. Getting Gronk at less than 10% is a steal.

Travis Kelce — I just love the matchup vs. Oakland.

Jimmy Graham — He might be my favorite play of the week against a team that struggles against opposing TE.

Zach Miller — He seems to be Hoyer’s favorite target.

Dennis Pitta — No Steve Smith might send Joe Flacco looking for his security blanket.
