Prescription Notes for Week 6

-- It’s about time that Dolphins HC Adam Gase let RB Jay Ajayi be the lead RB. He has been the best runner on the team all season. Hopefully, Gase will continue to use Arian Foster sparingly and let Ajayi be a 20 carry per game RB.

-- There is something clearly wrong with Packers QB Aaron Rodgers. He is missing open WRs, and his usual accuracy is nowhere to be found. Is it Olivia Munn? Is it a lack of concentration? Is it bad eyesight? Regardless, Rodgers is no longer a must-start every week.

-- Why do you never bench your stars? Look at Odell Beckham Jr’s game this week. Could you imagine leaving those points on your bench?

-- I am incredibly impressed with Bears WR Cameron Meredith. He, along with Kevin White and Jordan Howard, gives the Bears offense a bright future provided they find a QB.

-- The Steelers have lost QB Ben Roethlisberger for Week 7 and maybe more. Landry Jones is a competent backup, but this downgrades Coates, James, Rogers, etc. as backup QBs tend only to go to their first progressions when reading defenses.

-- Saints WR Michael Thomas is going to be an excellent player one day. In fact, he might be better than Willie Snead right now.

-- Just because Cameron Artis-Payne was inactive doesn’t mean that you should drop him. He is the backup to J-Stew who will most likely get injured at some point again this season.

-- Please do not spend all your FAAB dollars on Rams WR Kenny Britt. He is not that good — the Lions secondary is that bad.

-- Browns WR Terrelle Pryor is one of the most athletic wide receivers I have ever seen.  He and Corey Coleman are going to terrorize opposing secondaries for years to come.

-- I am frustrated with the Philadelphia Eagles for Fantasy purposes. None of their RBs get more than ten carries, and no WR gets more than 3-4 catches.

-- It was great to see Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles have such a good game. However, Spencer Ware has a legitimate spot in this offense, and I think that Ware and Charles will share time all season.

-- Jaguars QB Blake Bortles is way more lucky than good. I would trade him now while other Fantasy owners still believe he has value.

-- Firing OC Greg Roman might have changed the fortune of the Buffalo Bills. QB Tyrod Taylor looks like a revitalized player in new OC Anthony Lynn’s simplified system.
