Finally this Monday we have a full slate of games with 7 contests tonight.  My picks have been hot and I feel good again today! Also I need to thank Cappy for covering me yesterday I was able to watch my son William win his hockey game 4-1, Go Sabres!  Good Luck and Lets Cash!!

TOP TEAMS TO TARGET

1. COLUMBUS BLUE JACKETS

I would say the Columbus Blue Jackets (10-4-2) are the surprise team in the NHL so far this season.  The Blue Jackets are 2nd in the NHL in goals per game averaging 3.38 goals.  They host the Colorado Avalanche (8-9) who are 21 in the NHL in goals against averaging 2.76 goals.  This combination should be good for the Blue Jackets, I see a 4 – 1 victory for Columbus.

2. TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING

The Lightning (12-6-1) travel to Nashville tonight but will not be going to the Grand Ole Opry.  The Lightning has won all 4 games on their current road trip and look to do the same against the Nashville Predators (7-7-3) tonight.  Tampa Bay is without super star Steve Stamkos, which makes some of the lower priced Lightning great plays.  Again the Lightning will strike 4 times in Nashville.

3. MINNESOTA WILD

The Minnesota Wild (9-7-1) travel to Dallas to take on the Stars (7-7-5) tonight.  This game is big in Minnesota as many of us Minnesotan are still bittier that the Stars relocated to Dallas.  The Wild do not give up many goals as they are tops in the NHL in goals against giving up only 1.88 goals a game.  This is in part of some great goal tending by Devan Dubnyk.  The Wild win this grudge game 4 – 1.
