Jay Cutler’s season is over. He will undergo surgery on the torn labrum in his shoulder. There has been a ton of speculation that he has taken his last snap with the Chicago Bears, although, it is not a certainty … The Denver Broncos have ruled out starter Trevor Siemian for Week 13 with a left foot sprain. 2016 first-round pick Paxton Lynch will get to see action on Sunday for the second time in his young career … Andrew Luck has cleared the NFL's concussion protocol and will be ready for Monday Night Football after sitting out the Indianapolis Colts Thanksgiving night matchup … Aaron Rodgers is questionable for Sunday's game after tweaking his hamstring in the Green Bay Packers Week 12 matchup. He is expected to be good to go despite the injury.

Derek Carr’s injured finger is not expected to be a concern for the Oakland Raiders this week He even practiced fully on Thursday without a glove … New York Jets head coach Todd Bowles says Ryan Fitzpatrick will be the team’s Week 13 starter and went as far to say there is “no debate” and the decision is a “no-brainer.” Offensive coordinator Chan Gailey described rookie Christian Hackenberg as a “developmental player” this week. There's a lot of talent there,” Gaily said. “The sky's the limit. Still don't know." … There is a decent chance Robert Griffin III returns to the Cleveland Browns Week 14 following their bye week, and he could also be named the starter. He has been fully cleared for contact this week … The Buffalo Bills signed Logan Thomas off the Detroit Lions’ practice squad. Logan is making a jump to tight end similarly to what we saw with Terrelle Pryor moving to wide receiver.

Running Backs

The Jacksonville Jaguars have ruled out Chris Ivory for Week 13. T.J. Yeldon is expected to see an increased workload … Mark Ingram is dealing with soreness in his toe, and the New Orleans Saints have listed him as questionable. When asked about his availability for Sunday's game Ingram said, "We'll see" … Despite head coach Mike Zimmer saying he is "probably ahead of schedule," there is a chance Adrian Peterson does not return to the Minnesota Vikings this season. Peterson reportedly “badly” wants to get back on the field, but the Vikings may hold him back depending on his health and the team's situation … Darren McFadden is expected back for the Dallas Cowboys very soon … The Philadelphia Eagles have once again ruled out Ryan Mathews with a knee injury. Rookie Wendell Smallwood is expected to see a spike in touches once again this week.

Packers head coach Mike McCarthy says he wants to get Christine Michael “more opportunities” and he’s picking up the offense “really fast.” "Christine Michael has really picked it up really fast,” McCarthy said. “I've been impressed with what I've seen there." He also said that Ty Montgomery deserves “more opportunities” as well … Tevin Coleman looks to be a step quicker this week … New York Giants head coach Ben McAdoo says Shane Vereen is looking good in practice. “He looks like he’s in good condition and caught the ball well,’’ said McAdoo. The team also placed Orleans Darkwa on injured reserve … Jacquizz Rodgers practiced in full all week for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers … Chris Johnson says he plans on continuing his playing career in 2017 … Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones says the team has no plans of reducing Ezekiel Elliott’s workload down the stretch … Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin says DeAngelo Williams is “perking up.” He could return this week … Sadly, former NFL running back Joe McKnight was murdered this week when he was shot at an intersection in the New Orleans’ area after a confrontation with another man.

Wide Receivers

Jets HC Bowles admits Brandon Marshall's knee and foot injuries are a "concern." As of Friday he has not been able to practice all week … Jordan Matthews will be a gametime decision on Sunday. After not practicing on Friday, he could be trending in the wrong direction … Jeremy Maclin is expected back this week after missing the Kansas City Chiefs' past three games … Marvin Jones is listed as questionable with a thigh injury, and he could be in real danger of sitting out this week … John Brown is still struggling with issues related to his sickle cell trait … Tavon Austin is listed as doubtful to play this week for the Los Angeles Rams due to a chest injury … Despite a torn labrum, Tyrell Williams says he will suit up for the San Diego Chargers this week and even claims he’ll be 100 percent. "I should be 100 percent by Sunday," Williams said.  "I feel good so far. I feel fine. I feel fine." … Eddie Royal is listed as questionable this week but is considered much closer to doubtful.

DeVante Parker remained sidelined from practice on Friday and is unlikely to suit up for the Miami Dolphins this week. Head coach Adam Gase even said he could hold Parker out even if he claims he can play. "He might even tell me I'm ready to go and I might say no," Gase said. The team signed former Miami Hurricane Rashawn Scott off their practice squad this week … Sammy Watkins will play Week 13. However, it is a complete mystery how much. Robert Woods and Percy Harvin will not be on the field … Allen Hurns is not expected to play this week for the Jags but has not been officially ruled out … A.J. Green says he's dealing with a Grade 2 hamstring tear. He says he wants to return to action this season. However, he did not sound optimistic about playing anytime soon. He could miss most of if not all of the Fantasy Football playoffs … Brandin Cooks is not happy with his diminished role in the Saints offense and is speaking out about it. "Closed mouths don't get fed," Cooks said. "This is a very emotional game. And every once in awhile you've got to express that. And you've gotta express what you want.”

Tight Ends

Rob Gronkowski underwent back surgery on Friday for a ruptured disk. In all likelihood, his season is over. However, there is an outside chance that he could return to play should the Patriots make the Super Bowl. To make matters worse, Martellus Bennett is questionable and will not be 100 percent … Jordan Reed has been ruled out for Week 13 due to his sprained AC joint suffered on Thanksgiving … Julius Thomas is doubtful once again this week … Ladarius Green will see his workload increased each week according to HC Tomlin … Jordan Cameron says he'll make a decision on his playing future after the season … Gary Barnidge saw his snaps reduced last week due to a minor knee injury.
