Dr. Roto's Milk Carton Players of Week 14

In the first week of the Fantasy Football playoffs, several reliable players let their owners down by doing nothing in this critical matchup. Find out who Dr. Roto thinks belongs on this week's milk carton!

More than a few Fantasy studs went AWOL in Week 14. Really, we don't have time to talk about them all to be honest. No point in focusing too much on the past, right?

Matt Forte barely played thanks to a knee injury. He says now that he feels "cracking and popping" in his knee. If your knee can be described using the Rice Krispies mascots, I'm probably going to take a pass the following week. In his place, Bilal Powell took over against the lowly 49ers. Powell had a career day by posting 179 total yards on 29 carries, 5 catches and for good measure, he punched in two touchdowns.. It should go without saying that Forte owners need to scoop up Powell ASAP.

After scoring one TD in each of his last five contests, Donte Moncrief put up the ol' goose egg. Nada. Zilch. Zero points. To make matters worse, he pulled up lame in the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury. Moncrief is listed as day-to-day.

Terrelle Pryor was apparently too busy yapping with Cincinnati Bengals CB Adam "Pacman" Jones to be bothered to contribute to the Fantasy masses. He caught one pass for three yards! Mind you, this guy had at least 5 receptions in 9 of his previous 12 contests. Before Cleveland's Week 13 bye, he put up six catches for 131 yards. The TDs aren't usually there since this is the Browns we're talking about but Pryor was nowhere to be found the first week of when it really mattered.

Melvin Gordon had three carries for five yards and zero receiving stats. We're talking about a guy with over 1,400 combined rushing/receiving yards and 12 total TDs. The former Wisconsin Badgers back probably took many Fantasy owners to the playoffs only to let them down when it mattered.

Like Dr. Roto says, the answer here is depth. Having the ability to pivot in a different direction if you're lucky enough to still be kicking ass in Week 15. Keep an eye out in the coming days as we continue to analyze every Fantasy angle to ensure you stay winning.
