The Secret Stars weekly article isn't suggesting the lineup you should use this week, rather its purpose is to identify players who represent extreme value at their current salaries for the week. Selecting these players will give you an opportunity to use such players as David Johnson and Le'Veon Bell in your lineups. Here are our Secret Stars for Week 15:

QB Tyrod Taylor $5,700 vs. CLE

If you want to afford one or two of the high-priced running backs, you will need to save money. Many of the top tier quarterbacks have difficult matchups. Taylor doesn't have a high ceiling, but he has at least 14 DraftKings points in every game except two this season. He has been held to fewer than 200 passing yards in three of the last four games, but he helps negate it by running the football and scoring touchdowns. He has six rushing touchdowns. The Browns have allowed the most fantasy points to quarterbacks and have allowed multiple touchdown passes in every game except two.

RB Kenneth Dixon $3,800 vs. PHI

We have been waiting for Dixon to be the lead back all season. It appears he finally has, although we have seen a few glimpses in recent weeks and then it didn't happen. Dixon played a season-high 60 percent of the snaps last week and he looked excellent. The stats don't tell the story. If you watched the game, you saw how hard Dixon ran, dragging defenders. He rushed for 39 yards on 11 carries and caught eight passes for 42 yards with a touchdown on 11 targets. Dixon has at least 11.7 DraftKings points in three straight games.

RB T.J. Yeldon $4,100 @ HOU

If Chris Ivory is out again, Yeldon is a great value. The Jaguars running game has been awful all season, but volume is key for fantasy. We saw it last week for Yeldon with the backfield to himself. He had 17 carries for 59 yards and caught seven passes for 31 yards on nine targets. Without him running the football, he had 10.1 points. Yeldon had 16 DK points last week and should get another 20-25 touches without Ivory.

WR Tyreek Hill $5,000 vs. TEN

Hill doesn't play a lot of snaps compared to other receivers, but his usage his high and he as the fifth most receptions in the NFL since Week 7. Even with the return of Jeremy Maclin last week, Hill produced with six catches for 66 yards and a touchdown on six targets and scored on a punt return. Since Week 7, Hill has at least 10.1 DK points in seven of eight games. The Titans allow the most fantasy points to wide receivers.

WR Sammy Watkins $5,900 vs. CLE

Watkins played more than 90 percent of the snaps last week in his third game back from injury. Watkins had six targets and caught four passes for 54 yards with a touchdown last week in poor weather conditions against the Steelers. The Bills don't pass often, but this is a great matchup and Watkins will get the targets with a great chance to score.

WR Pierre Garcon $4,700 vs. CAR

The Redskins have a lot of weapons in the passing game and most week several of them produce. Garcon has been steadily involved in the offense and is the cheapest of the receivers. In five of the last six games, Garcon has at least 12.7 DK points. He has at least six targets in five of the last six games.

TE Jermaine Gresham $2,500 vs. NO

Gresham has at least 9.5 DK points in four straight games. He has at least five receptions in three straight games and 23 targets in that span. Michael Floyd could miss the game for disciplinary reasons due to a DUI arrest and that could open more targets for Gresham. Either way, the Cardinals downfield passing game isn't clicking and it has resulted in Gresham getting more targets.

D/ST Oakland Raiders @ SD, $2,700

Philip Rivers has been a turnover machine lately. Last week, Rivers threw three interceptions and lost two fumbles. Rivers has thrown 10 interceptions the last four games. The Raiders have at least seven DK points in five straight.
