CHICAGO BEARS

Matt Barkley, Jordan Howard, Cameron Meredith, and Alshon Jeffery

Barkley has been solid since taking over as the starting quarterback. He passed for 362 yards and two touchdowns in frigid conditions against the Packers last week. Barkley gets another excellent matchup against the Redskins, who have allowed three straight 300-yard games to Carson Palmer, Carson Wentz, and Cam Newton. Barkley is the minimum $5,000 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 3.46 and $6,300 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.75. Howard has at least 18 touches in four of the last five games. The Redskins have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to running backs, and Jonathan Stewart gashed them last week. Howard is $6,300 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 2.83 and $7,200 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.36. Meredith is $4,700 on DraftKings with a 2.98 ScoutScore and is $5,500 on FanDuel with a 2.11 ScoutScore. Over the last two games, Meredith has 21 targets, catching 15 passes for 176 yards and with a touchdown. Meredith is playing mostly out of the slot, so he should avoid Josh Norman. Jeffery will likely see a lot of Norman, so he could have low ownership. He had six catches for 89 yards with a touchdown on nine targets last week in his return from a four-game suspension. Jeffery is $6,300 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 2.27 and $7,000 on FanDuel with a 1.71 ScoutScore.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS

Drew Brees, Brandin Cooks, and Michael Thomas

After two consecutive games with no touchdown passes, Drew Brees bounced back with a big game on the road in Arizona with 389 yards and four touchdowns. Brees is back home, and although the Saints limited him to 257 yards and no touchdowns in Week 14, the Saints are a better team at home. Brees is $7,400 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 3.83 and $8,500 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.98. Cooks is always capable of having a huge game like we saw last week when he caught seven passes for 186 yards with two touchdowns. Cooks is $6,800 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 2.4 and 1.95 on FanDuel with a salary of $7,100. Thomas returned after sitting out Week 14 and caught seven passes for 52 yards with a touchdown on ten targets. He gets looks in the red zone and has scored eight touchdowns. Thomas is $6,000 on DraftKings with a 3.02 ScoutScore and $6,900 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.18. If picking one Saints receivers, it is Thomas.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Tom Brady, Julian Edelman, Malcolm Mitchell, and Martellus Bennett

Brady gets a Jets defense that allowed four passing touchdowns to Matt Moore on 12 completions last week. Brady is $7,700 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 3.53 and $9,000 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.69. Edelman is better on a full-point for receptions site like DraftKings, where he is $6,900 with a 2.57 ScoutScore. On FanDuel, Edelman is $6,700 with a ScoutScore of 2.2. Mitchell is coming off a bad game, and it was predictable. He was going against Broncos defense that suffocates wide receivers. Mitchell scored two touchdowns against the Jets in the first matchup. Mitchell is $5,200 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 2.72 and $6,100 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 1.97. The ScoutScore loves Martellus Bennett with a 4.18 ScoutScore on DraftKings with a $4,100 salary and $5,600 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.59.

CAROLINA PANTHERS

Cam Newton, Ted Ginn Jr., and Greg Olsen

Newton's price has dropped due to his inconsistent performance, and he's not running as much. Newton is $6,600 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 3.06 and $7,900 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.56. The Falcons allow the most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Ginn has been the better receiver than Kelvin Benjamin for several weeks. Ginn has at least 14 points in PPR formats in four of the last five games and has four touchdowns in the last five games. Ginn is $4,500 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 2.74 and $4,800 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.15. The Falcons allow the fourth-most fantasy points to tight ends. Olsen is $5,200 on DraftKings with a ScoutScore of 3.61 and $6,800 on FanDuel with a ScoutScore of 2.28.
