Plays of the Day
Value: Joe Ingles is going to get big minutes tonight against the Trail Blazers. George Hill, Rodney Hood, Derrick Favors and Raul Neto have all been ruled out for the Jazz.
Fade: Dario Saric has been excellent this season and could win Rookie of the Year, but he has been dealing with soreness in his heel and said he's fatigued. He will be on a 24-minute limit the rest of the way.
Games to Target
- New Orleans Pelicans (-1.5) hosting Denver Nuggets (Over/Under = 227)
- Philadelphia 76ers (+1) hosting Brooklyn Nets (Over/Under = 221)
Rajon Rondo (CHI) @ NYK DK:$7,100/FD:$7,100
The Bulls are fighting for a playoff spot and get an inept defensive Knicks team. Rondo has played at least 34 minutes in four straight games and posted 43.75, 45.75, 53.25 and 39.25 DK points over the last four games.
T.J. McConnell (PHI) vs. BRK DK:$5,800/FD:$6,000
Sergio Rodriguez has been ruled out and McConnell will continue to play heavy minutes. He has played at least 35 minutes in three of the last four games and gets a great matchup. Against the Nets last week, McConnell had eight points and 10 assists and had 32 DK points. He's a cash game play.
Jamaal Murray ($4300/$3700) and Emmanuel Mudiay ($3900/$3700) will see more minutes as Jameer Nelson and Will Barton have been ruled out. Mudiay has barely played recently and played 32 minutes Sunday and had 17 points, nine assists and four rebounds.
Matthew Dellavedova ($4200/$3500) is going to get the start as Malcolm Brogdon has been ruled out and he doesn't need to do much to exceed value against the Thunder.
Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL) @ OKC DK:$10,100/FD:$9,100
The Greek Freak has turned it up lately and the Bucks are currently the fifth seed in the East, but only three games in front of the eighth seed. He has been one assist short of a triple-double in the last two games. He has at least 62 FD points in four of the last seven games.
DeMar DeRozan (TOR) @ IND DK:$8,600/FD:$9,200
DeRozan had 40 points, nine rebounds, and four assists against the Pacers on Friday. He is playing big minutes and has to take 20-25 shots per game from the field. He has at least 42 DK points in five of the last seven games.
Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot ($5100/$4200) will continue to see big minutes for the short-handed 76ers. He played 36 minutes on Sunday and 43 the prior game. He faced the Nets on March 28 and had 17 points, nine rebounds, four three-pointers and three assists in 33 minutes.
Jordan Crawford ($4600/$3700) has played at least 24 minutes in five straight games with at least 19.2 FD points in each game. He's more of a play on FD that has been exceeding 5X.
LeBron James (CLE) vs. ORL DK:$10,200/FD:$10,700
James is coming off a game in which he played 52 minutes. There's a chance the Cavaliers rest him, but the Cavaliers are one-half game behind the Celtics and the teams meet tomorrow, so Cleveland needs a win. It's a 7 p.m. ET game and we will know early whether he plays. James has at least 51 DK points in five of the last six games.
Jimmy Butler (CHI) @ NYK DK:$9,800/FD:$10,000
The Bulls are the No. 7 seed in the Eastern Conference, but are only one game ahead of the Heat and Pacers. Butler has been rolling with at least 53.5 DK points in four of the last five games. The success will continue against the Knicks.
Justin Anderson ($5000/$4000) is a much better play on FD due to the price. He should see around 25 minutes in a great matchup against the Nets.
Terrence Ross ($5200/$4300) has at least 27 DK points in six of the last seven games and at least 24 FD points in six of the last seven.
Nikola Jokic (DEN) @ NO: DK:$9,300/FD:$10,000
The Nuggets are fighting for a playoff spot and playing in the highest projected game of the night. Jokic has been playing big minutes lately and he's always capable of being the highest scoring player on the slate. He has played 35, 37 and 36 minutes over the last three games and has at least 42 DK points in that span, including a game of 61.75.
Aaron Gordon (ORL) @CLE: DK:$6,400/FD:$5,800
The Cavaliers have been struggling on the defensive end and Gordon is much more comfortable playing power forward. He is coming off two huge games, flashing his upside for tournaments. Gordon had 32 points and 16 rebounds for 62.5 DK points on Friday against the Celtics and had 22 points, 15 rebounds and five assists for 55.25 DK points against the Nets on Saturday.
Gorgui Dieng ($6300/$5600) has at least 30 FD points in five of the last six games and played at least 39 minutes in four of those games.
Shawn Long ($3900/$4000) played 22 minutes against the Cavaliers on Friday and had 25 DK points and played 18 minutes against the Raptors on Sunday and had 23.25 DK points.
DeMarcus Cousins (NO) vs DEN: DK:$10,300/FD:$9,600
Cousins is too cheap on FanDuel. The Pelicans haven't been eliminated from playoff contention yet and the Pelicans still have a chance. Cousins has played 42, 35 and 40 minutes the last three games. If Anthony Davis sits out, it's a bigger boost for Cousins.
Rudy Gobert (UTA) vs. POR: DK:$8,300/FD:$9,200
Gobert has been putting up massive numbers lately. He has a double-double in nine consecutive games. He has at least 48 DK points in six of the last nine games. He had 19 points, 14 rebounds, six blocked shots and five assists against the Spurs on Sunday.
Robin Lopez ($4500/$4700) has been very erratic. His last four games on DK tell that story with 29.25 , 30.25, 13.5 and 13 points. The Knicks have been terrible against big men, so the matchup is right.
Nerlens Noel ($4800/$6200) could see an uptick in minutes if Dirk Nowitzki sits out.
