ScoutSouth.com: Thomasville vs. Handley

The battle of the Tigers will take place Friday night as seventh ranked Thomasville (10-2) takes on sixth ranked Handley (11-1). Both teams bring in good offenses and defenses, as well.

Thomasville coach Jack Hankins has an offense that averages 40 points per game. They put up 58 last week in a win over Fayette County.

Quarterback Alex Buford leads that offense. Buford had a big one last week accounting for seven touchdowns. He threw for five scores and had two more on the ground. He will have help in the backfield with running back Delvonte Harris.

Handley is coming off a 28-14 win over Trinity last week. Coach Mike Battle's offense averages 31 points per game and give up right around 17 per game.

Keys to the game:
Handley- Control the clock on offense and prevent the big play on defense.
Thomasville- Keep doing what they are doing on offense. Play solid D.
