5A Carver Montgomery 7-0 (4-0)
Pitts reeled off three touchdowns and 181 yards on 11 carries in a win over Wilcox Central. He also caught a 54-yard touchdown pass on the first play of the game. Pitts also ran for a 98-yard touchdown in the 50-0 victory.
Carver will travel this week to play Selma 4-3 (2-3).
6-2, 180 pounds
4A Brooks 7-0 (5-0)
Mitchell and the perfect Lions defeated region opponent Ardmore 48-20 last week. The signal caller accounted for five touchdowns in the contest completing 19-of-26 passing attempts for 211 yards and three touchdowns. He rushed for 68 yards and two scores and added an interception on defense.
Brooks travels to East Lawrence 4-3 (3-2) this week before a heavily anticipated matchup with Deshler 6-1 (5-0) next week.

5A Charles Henderson 4-3 (3-2)
Edenfield compiled 320 total yards in his team's win over Rehobeth. He completed 11-of-17 passes for 254 yards with one touchdown and ran for 34 yards on eight carries with three touchdowns. He returned a punt 32 yards. He recorded four tackles and two pass breakups on defense.
The Trojans needed a boost after dropping three games, and Edenfield stepped up to the plate. They will host Carroll-Ozark 3-4 (1-4) this week.
6-1, 210 pounds
6A Fairhope 4-3 (2-2)
Norris had 385 total yards, completed 19-of-23 passing attempts for 366 yards and four touchdowns against Robertsdale. He ran for 19 yards and a touchdown on three carries.
Fairhope will face region opponent Daphne 4-3 (3-1)on the road this week.

5A Tallassee 6-1 (4-1)
Robinson recorded eight solo tackles and had 10 assisted tackles from his middle linebacker position in a victory over Beauregard. The Tigers held Beauregard to 175 total yards. Mullins helped Tallassee with field position as well with four punts for a 40.2 average with two falling inside the five-yard line in the 13-9 victory.
Tallassee will travel this week to B.T. Washington 2-5 (1-4).

6A Blount High School 3-4 (2-3)
Davidson had a near perfect game at quarterback, completing 14-of-16 passing attempts for 234 yards and five touchdowns in a win over Mary Montgomery.
Williams had four tackles with three sacks for a 13-yard loss. Three tackles were also for a loss of yardage. Davidson needed protection for his performance, and Marsh gave him plenty grading out at 95-percent with four pancake blocks.
Blount will travel this week to Baker 0-7 (0-5).

4A Oneonta 6-1 (4-1)
O'Toole completed 19-of-28 attempts for 267 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Hokes Bluff. Smith hauled in 10 of O'Toole's 19 completions for 153 yards and a touchdown.
Oneonta faces a tough region opponent in Alexandria 6-1 (4-1) this weekend on the road.

6A Theodore 5-2 (4-1)
McCreary worked for the win over Murphy with the senior carrying the ball 37 times for 187 yards, scoring two touchdowns in the 28-13 win.
Theodore will play on the road this week to face Williamson 5-2 (4-1) in an important region matchup.

5A Cullman 6-1 (6-1)
Moore ran for 241 yards on 16 carries in their win over Springville. The sophomore scored on two touchdown runs of 76 and 26 yards.
Cullman will travel this week to face Brewer 0-7 (0-6).

6A Prattville 6-1 (5-0)
Egan kicked field goals of 51, 32, 33, and 37 yards adding three extra points in a win over Stanhope Elmore. Egan accounted for 15 points in the 33-19 win.
Prattville will play Sidney Lanier 3-4 (2-2) this week as visitor.
5-10, 220 pounds
Senior Running Back/Linebacker
5A Citronelle 4-3 (3-2)
Little had 27 carries for 167 yards including a nine-yard touchdown run against region opponent St. Paul's.
Citronelle will face Escambia County 2-5 (1-4) this week on the road.
Darius Finley, 4A Handley, quarterback completed all five of his passing attempts for 179 yards and two touchdowns against Childersburg.
Crawford Steinberg, 4A St. James, linebacker, intercepted an Alabama Christian pass with less than a minute remaining in their first win of the season 29-27.
Cullen Wacker, 6A McGill-Toolen, quarterback, completed 12-of-19 pass attempts for 239 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Sidney Lanier.
Jesus Garcia, 4A Saks, kicker, hit a 36-yard field goal in the fourth quarter to help seasl the win (17-14) over Cleburne County.
Danny Garrett, 6A Gadsden City, linebacker, had 18 tackles and a pass breakup in a loss to Pell City.
Justin Evans, 4A Midfield, quarterback, completed eight of 16 passing attempts for 56 yards and a touchdown. He rushed for 59 yards on 14 attempts and four touchdowns in a 32-19 win over Fayette County.
Darius Powell, 6A Foley, quarterback, completed 14-of-20 passing attempts for 312 yards and four touchdowns of 19, 9, 72 and 18 yards. He also rushed for an 11-yard score in a win over Satsuma.
AJ McCarron, 5A St. Paul's, quarterback, completed 17-of-25 passing attempts for 262 yards including touchdown passes of eight and fourteen yards in a loss to Citronelle.
Darion Sutton, 5A Shelby County, running back/defensive end, rushed for 143 yards on nine attempts for two touchdowns. He also had an interception returned for a 33-yard touchdown in a win over Moody.
Braten Dill, 5A Shelby County, quarterback, completed 11-of-12 passing attempts for 221 yards and two touchdowns.
Leland Baker, 5A Erwin, cornerback, had 12 tackles with three sacks. He also returned a fumble for a 51-yard touchdown in a win over Carver-Birmingham.
Taurance Bass, 6A Central Phenix City, defensive back, intercepted a pass on his own one-yard line to secure a 27-25 win over Dothan.
