I don't believe Mogollon has missed the playoffs since 1989. The 1st year they opened as a school. There might have been a season in the early 90's that I forgot about. And there was a season a few years ago that they were down. Didnt they still make the playoffs that year though? Regardless, their run since the school opened is quite impressive.
Blue Ridge has quite the streak going. In danger of ending this season though.
Both Blue Ridge and St. Johns have some really long streaks that are in danger. St. Johns is back to the 1990 season, and Blue Ridge might go back to the early 80's.
Blue Ridge will make it in this year, I believe they win their final two games and are safely in. From the first of the season until now, this is a completely different team. They have come a long, long way. Unfortunately, they will graduate their two best players which will be a huge undertaking for next year.
St. Johns has improved, not near as drastically as Blue Ridge, but injuries and attrition have played a major role during the season. They are also a heavily Senior laden team, and not much on the horizon. Next year and years to come will be very difficult.
Well everyone thinks we're a juggernaut (we get lumped in with YC and Northwest), but we (VC) haven't made the playoffs since 2010. I think we had 10 years in a row before that, but nothing compared to St Johns/Blue Ridge. I'll bet Thatcher hasn't missed the playoffs ever, either.
You also play in by far the most stacked region in the state. Very few cupcakes on that schedule. Probably had some teams since 2010 that should have been playoff material given a truly reflective ranking system. Unfortunately we let some as yet to be known formula seed the teams, and with that you get undeserving teams in, while deserving teams stay home.
