Many years ago I coached qb's and I like to watch good young players. Ricedorf can play at the next level especially if he grows more. Morgan, I've said before that he's not a QB but he's a quality player and can play DB for somebody. I didn't see Davis from Round Valley play, but Davis from St. David is also very good and has a college arm. McQuen from Safford is a great athlete but lacks some polish at QB. He's got good size though and that with his athleticism will attract colleges.
With so many college teams going to the spread offense, one of them will find a place for Ricedorff for sure. I'm betting on BYU given Rathen's faith, and I believe they run the spread...?
Morgan is NOT a quarterback, although he has the skills. He looked out of place on Saturday. He can become a great punter and defensive back, definitely. I'm curious how Cal will handle him.
Change of topic... does anyone know if NWC's Casey Jahn is being recruited? A few colleges out there must have taken notice of him. How about Alec Stebbins of Blue Ridge? LOTS of college potential there.
