Steve Spurrier once said to be successful, you either run the same offense BETTER than everyone else or you run something DIFFERENT.
Ever compare Notre Dame's recruiting classes each year with Navy's and wonder how the Mids have beaten the Irish three times in the past 8 years, and played them competitively a number of other times?
Put it this way, if all or most teams on your schedule are running some version of the "Spread" offense, it is a mathematical certainty that ONE team will still be the LEAST effective and productive with it.
Have you considered making an offensive system change to give your kids a better chance to be successful on Friday nights?
How about an offense that can help you play BETTER defense, too! At the high school level, being a successful defense is often HIGHLY dependent on your offense protecting the ball in addition to either producing points and/or controlling the ball.
We all know that playing defense is more tiring for our kids than playing offense. Would you like to SHORTEN the game and DECREASE the amount of time that your defense is on the field on Fridays?
If you are intrigued in the least, contact me, about the possibility of changing your offensive system to the Flexbone triple option.
I am currently searching for an offensive coordinator position on a staff that is interested in making this change. What I offer is 17 years of option football coaching experience in two states and history of teams that have been competitive on the field and produced, not only statistically, but also in the win column. I have been fortunate enough to have called offense in three AZ semifinals and two AZ state championship games over the past 10 seasons. In 2015, our offense averaged over 310 yards rushing per game with FOUR players rushing for over 500 yards and EIGHT averaging over 5.2 yards per carry, while the program won 9 games for the first time since 2010.
Let the Flexbone help level the playing field for your team!
