The NSCA’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) certifications are the only fitness-related certification programs that have been nationally accredited for over 10 years. These individuals have proven they have the knowledge and skills to design and implement safe and effective strength and conditioning programs. These are the people who will be presenting the Fly Solo Program.
Many coaches and educators find themselves "assigned" to oversee strength and conditioning even though they have no formal training in the area. They aren’t comfortable in this role and look for help to succeed in establishing solid lifting and conditioning programs for a variety of sports and athletes.
The NSCA addressed the need of these individuals and asked it’s members to help with the new FLY SOLO program. Certified NSCA members are establishing centers and conducting FLY SOLO camps where coaches and educators can gain the knowledge they need close to home. As a result, young athletes benefit from using safe, proven lifting programs.
