Idaho State already signed one player from Glendale Commmunity College in Arizona and has gone back and received a commitment from another Gaucho.
QB Kevin Yost signed with the Bengals in January and cornerback Donovan Henley has told Scout.com that he has given his verbal pledge today.
Henley, who picked ISU over South Dakota State, says, "I loved everything about SDSU and Coach Brown was amazing but when I went to Idaho State it just felt right and I built a great relationship with the DB coach, Coach Drayton and the scheme fits me well."
Henely made 48 tackles and 2 INTs on the year for the #15 ranked Gauchos.
He continues about his commitment, "So when I came, my family and my mentor, Will Sullivan, and I sat down and made a huge list of what I should be looking for in a school and when we finished the list, Idaho State came out on top. I hope to make a big impact early and do as much as I can to turn the program around."
Henley (5-9 170) prepped at Tempe Marcos de Niza HS and will have three years to play two at ISU.
