2017 QB Adds Pac 12 Offer

Chandler (Az.) Basha QB Ryan Kelley talks UCLA offer

Chandler (Az.) Basha quarterback Ryan Kelley had great success as a sophomore. Inhis first year as a varsity starter he threw for 3,108 yards and 30 TDs.

Arizona State took notice early notice and offered in October of last year. Another Pac 12 school has jumped in and become the second to offer the talented junior to be.

Kelley says, "UCLA offered me today.

He continues, "Coach Mazzone came up to my coach after practice and said how he thought I was amazing. He said that I'm number one quarterback on his recruiting board."

Kelley (6-3 180) is familiar with the program and the success they have had with another Arizona QB Brett Hundley. "They have been recruiting me for a while. I've been getting mail a lot lately from them on their camps and what not. I know they have a successful program. They run a spread offense and that they like to throw the ball around."

With two offers under his belt before the start of his junior season, there are sure to be more offers to come. Kelley says that Oregon, North Carolina, Texas A&M, Michigan State, Colorado, Texas and San Jose State have all expressed interest.
