Evah Tohi commits, new D1 offers for My-King Johnson and Jack Patterson. Adams State hits AZ hard.

* A late commitment in the 2016 class comes from junior college linebacker Evah Tohi from Glendale (Ariz.) Community College.

Tohi was offered and committed to New Mexico while on his official visit this weekend.

Tohi (6-2 235) played his high school ball at North Canyon. He will have three years to play two for the Lobos.

* Tempe High DE My-King Johnson got his first Power Five offer.

Tempe head coach Brian Walker confirms that Arizona extended an offer last Friday.

Johnson (6-4 230) also has offers from UNLV and Nevada.

Johnson has shown the ability to get to the quarterback, racking up 22 sacks to go along with 44 tackles as a junior.

* Chandler Hamilton OT Jack Patterson hauled in his second offer from San Diego.

Patterson (6-5 255) also has an offer from Harvard.

* Mesa (Ariz.) Desert Ridge DE/WR Jalen Harris was offered by UCF.

Harris also has offers from Iowa State, San Diego State, Oregon State, Colorado State, UNLV, Arizona.

Harris was dangerous on both sides of the football for Ridge, helping the Jaguars reach the D1 state title game. Harris (6-3 205) caught 50 passes for 757 yards and 5 scores. On defense he terrorized offenses, racking up 70 tackles and 17.5 sacks.
