Eastern Arizona's 6'9" Steve Guse.

Injuries have slowed his recruitment, but Guse is coming back strong...

A sprained foot, that happened in September, has kept Eastern Arizona's 6'9" post Steve Guse off the court for three weeks. He re-injured the foot upon his return, then suffered a high ankle sprain last Saturday that will keep him out for about seven days. Injury prone?  Not likely, but his recruitiment has suffered a bit.

The agile big man has drawn interest from Wisconsin-Green Bay, Loyola (ILL) and East Tennessee State are involved, UC Irvine and Loyola Marymount are waiting to see how his health and numbers progress.

Guse has averaged 11 points and 9 rebounds through the first nine games.

Guse is a solid 4/5 who can shoot it from 15.  Strength needs improvement to be a solid Low DI player.  Good passer with solid hands in the paint.  He can finish in a crowd and makes good decisions.

More on Eastern's 6'9" Steve Guse and his recruitment as the ACCAC season continues.
