Wide receiver Jarrell Barbour from Centennial HS (Peoria, AZ) did a little bit of everything in helping the Coyotes win the 5A2 state title. He was a standout WR, earning 1st team all region honors after grabbing 24 balls for 505 yards and 10 TDs. He was dangerous as a RB, averaging nearly 10 yards per carry on 43 touches (418 yards). He added another 5 scores from the backfield. He also tallied 41 tackles and an INT as a corner. And if that wasn't enough, he excelled on special teams as a return man and gunner on kick off and punt.
