Arizona QB Gets First Offer

On the first day of spring ball, QB Sean Renfree had a Pac 10 head coach as a spectator and walked away with an offer.

Quarterback Sean Renfree from Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ) has informed Scout.com that he has received his first offer. Oregon State head coach Mike Riley recently visited Renfree at his first spring ball practice and extended an offer.

The 6'3 205 pound Renfree had a very good year for 7-5 ND. He completed 56% of his passes for 2483 yards. He also had 24 TDs versus only 5 INTs.

Renfree was widely considered the top QB at Scout.com's San Francisco combine this past Saturday. He had an excellent day, he weighed in at 206 pounds, ran a 4.50 forty (hand timed), posted a 36.4" vertical jump, a 4.38 shuttle and a 9'5" broad jump.

Renfree is also getting interest from Stanford, Northwestern, Duke, Vanderbilt, Army, Utah, Maryland and Colorado and made an unofficial visit to Boulder last football season.
