Dante Sellers: "6-2 210."

What is your greatest football memory?
"Home coming my sophomore year on varsity. I had 3 sacks, 1 forced fumble and a blocked punt in one game." 

What are your goals for the upcoming season?
"Win a state championship."

How are you preparing for the upcoming season? Will you attend any camps this summer?
"Running mountains in the off season and practicing my position. I am going to the Colorado full contact camp." 

What aspect of your game have you really worked hard to improve? What area would you like to keep improving on?
"I have worked on my explosiveness in my hips and would like to keep improving on my speed." 

Who are some of your teammates that people need to watch out for?
"Jumanne Robertson, Alfred Bowden, Jimmy Goad, Bryce Cooper and Ron Mallory." 

Name one teammate you really respect and why?
"Alfred Bowden because he is a natural leader and he plays with passion." 

What are your goals regarding playing football in college?
"I want to win a national championship and become an all american." 

Who is currently recruiting you? Do you have any offers yet?
"Colorado, Illinois, Arizona, Purdue, UTEP, Washington, New Mexico State and Utah. No offer technically."

Would you consider staying in state to play in college?
"Yes, I like the in state colleges but I have yet to be in contact with ASU."

What would your top 5 college choices be?
"Illinois, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Purdue in no specific order."

Who is the best player you ever played against? Why?
"Probably William Yancy (Ironwood DE that signed with Nebraska)." 

Name one opponent who you really respect and why?
"Probably Mike Liggins RB at Camelback, he was a hard runner and was a leader on the field."

What other sports do you play?
"Track and field."

What are your best max lifts in the bench, squat, power clean and 40 yard dash?
"300 bench, 340 squat, 265 power clean and 4.72 forty."

How do you think your coach would describe you as a player? 
"A great athlete that loves the sport."

What are your strengths and weaknesses as a player?
"Strengths has to be my ability to make a momentum changing play and (weakness) sometimes I lack intensity." 

Who is your favorite athlete and why?
"Reggie Bush because he can win the game with the one play."

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
"Never be satisfied."

Tell us what can we expect from your team this season?
"You can expect to see us make a run in the playoffs." 

What position do you think you will play in college?
"Outside or inside linebacker."

What can a college program expect from you as a player?
"Hard work and the desire to win a championship."

What is your GPA and SAT/ACT score?
"Current GPA is 2.9. I have not taken the  ACT or SAT."

What will the main factors be when you choose a school?
"Desire to win and atmosphere."
