24-7Football.com moves to the
backfield as we continue our battle over who has the top players,
Arizona or Colorado.
Darius Turner played
at Doherty HS in Colorado Springs last year but
is not originally from Colorado. He moved to the state as a result of
the destruction caused by Hurricane Katrina. He seemed to adapt well and his
impact on the football field was immediate. The 5-11 180 pound Turner rushed for
1800 yards and 24 TDs last year in route to all conference and all state honors.
He ran a blazing forty at the Scout.com combine in LA, turning in a 4.47 forty.
Turner is currently a 3-star prospect by Scout.com, ranked in the Midlands top 50 and ranked the #59 running back in the
country. Surprisingly Darius does not hold a single division-one offer.

Deboskie leads a pack of very
talented backs in Arizona. He made a name for himself last year
by rushing for 1300 yards and scoring 22 TDs. He is also a threat out of the
backfield with 452 reception yards and 2 more scores. Also at the Scout combine
in LA, Deboskie clocked a 4.38 hand timed forty and was named the MVP of the
entire event. He was one of the most recruited backs in the country with offers
Colorado State, Cal, Mississippi State,
State, Florida, Michigan, UCLA, Navy,
Illinois, Georgia Tech, TCU, Arizona, ASU, Oregon State and Stanford. The 5-11 190
pounder is currently a 4-star prospect by Scout.com, ranked in the Southwest top
50 and is the #14 RB in the country by Scout.
Deboskie wears #33 and can be seen
