Scout.com: How have you been training for the season?
Harold Bernard: "I have been lifting and conditioning with the team."

What gains have you made in the weight room and on your forty?
"I'm not sure, we haven't tested the max or forty yet but I'm sure that they have gotten better."

What camps did you go to?
"The Nike camp in Palo Alto, ASU and NAU."

Any recent offers?
"No but I have been keeping in touch with some schools."

What schools would you list as your favorites?
"I don't really have a favorite but out of my offers my top five is probably my Pac 10 offers, San Diego St. and Nevada."

When will you cut down your list or possibly commit?
"After I take my visits most likely."

Have you set up any trips?
"Not yet."

What have you learned over the past year in regards to recruiting?
"That you have to get your name out there by camps or tapes or you might go unseen like my brother who I believe is and was better than me in high school but he didn't get his name out there and is at a DII even though there is nothing wrong with DII, he just should be DI."

What are your goals for the season?
"Do better than last year and help my team to a championship."
