Chandler Athlete Schedules 1st Visit

3-Star safety Harold Bernard from Chandler HS (Chandler, AZ) received a new offer this morning and immediately set up an official visit.

Safety Harold Bernard from Chandler HS (Chandler, AZ) has informed that he has received another offer. He says via email, "Colorado offered me this morning." He is now up to nine offers.

He now holds offers from Colorado, Stanford, Oregon, Wyoming, Air Force, San Diego State, Oregon State, Colorado State and Nevada.

When asked if the offer put the Buffs in his top seven he responded, "Yes, I set up an official visit with them on Sept. 15th." That is the weekend that Colorado hosts Florida State. This is Bernard's only scheduled official visit but he says that he is in the process of setting up visits with Stanford and Oregon State.

The 6-1 180 pound Bernard is being recruited as an athlete by most schools. He played multiple positions last year for the 11-2 Wolves including RB, WR, DB and returning kicks. As a safety he recorded 55 tackles, 2 INTs and 1 sack. On offense he rushed for 379 yards and 4 TDs on just 32 carries. He is a vaulable member of the Wolves special teams as he was an all region and all city return man and excells at covering kickoffs.

Bernard is also hearing from BYU and Cal.
