The University of Arizona has thrown their name in the hat for the 6-0 180 pound Lamb's services, joining Arizona State and Oregon State.
He tells us today, "I got an offer from UofA and I have been talking to the Washington State coach and the Air Force coach."
Lamb was a jack-of-all-trades last year for the Wolves, earning all region honors at three spots. As a running back, defensive back and as a return man. He says most schools are recruiting him as an athlete and he has no preference on the position he plays.
As good as Lamb is on the gridiron, he might be even better in track and field. Lamb is ranked in the world in the triple jump. He jumped over 51 feet as a sophomore, breaking the all-time Arizona record. His jump qualified him for the world championships in the Czech Republic and he placed 8th in the 17 and under division.
Lamb also is an excellent student as he currently carries a 3.2 GPA.
