Three-star safety Ramon Abreu from Tempe (Az.) Marcos de Niza got two nice gifts in the mail today.
Abreu tells us, "I just got an offer from Colorado State in the mail."
The offer was Ramon's seventh as Arizona State, UTEP, Colorado, Utah State, San Diego State and Air Force had all extended early offers.
It wasn't five minutes later that Abreu sent us a text message stating that he got another offer. "I just opened up another offer and it was from NAU."
Abreu (5-10 180) was named the Pima Region's player of the year as a junior after starring on both sides of the ball. Recorded 139 tackles, 6 sacks and 2.5 sacks on defense and rushed for 962 yards and 15 scores on offense. He was a 1st team all-region pick on both sides of the ball.
