Promising new players (transfer, move-in, former JV player, name, class, and why):

Eddie Smith (Jr) RB/DB 5-10 175: He is a talented RB that can really add to our run game and an even better Safety that will replace Griffin Ronstadt. And Clayton Mower (Jr) OL/DL 6-5 290: He is a big kid that has really improved and should be a big time player for us.

Team strengths:

Running Game.  We have some of the best offensive lineman this program has seen in a while along with some great backs to give the ball to.  I see teams trying to stop our run game and load up the box but they have to be able to defend Josh Robbins who is one of the best players in the state.

Coach's outlook for season:

We are expecting big things as a coaching staff from this group.  I don't remember CDO ever being this talented in my seven years of being here and in addition we have the guys upfront this year to really be dominant.  I believe we have no excuses to really make a run at as state title.  If we can get this group to play as one unit, it could be a special year.
