This is the list of verbal offers for junior-to-be OT Andrus Peat from Tempe (Az.) Corona del Sol.
Add North Carolina to the list. Peat tells Scout.com that the Tar Heels have become the 11th program verbally offer the 6-6 280 pound monster.
Peat says, "I called Coach Pittman, the offensive line coach, and he said he was really impressed with my technique and said that they will have an offer for me."
Peat and Pittman have a little bit of a history. "I camped at UNC thus summer," Andrus says. "So I got a chance to talk to and work with Coach Pittman and see the campus. He also coached at Northern Illinois, so he knows my Dad." Peats father played at NIU.
