BMOC Elite 7on7

Several of the top 7on7 teams in the West, and some nationally, will be in Los Angeles for the first BMOC Elite 7on7 Tournament at the Home Depot Center...

Big Man on Campus (BMOC), founded by former NFL players Keyshawn Johnson and Brian Kelly, will host their first ever Elite 7on7 Tournament on Thursday, June 16th and Friday, June 17th at the Home Depot Center in Carson.

A dozen teams from around the country will converge on Southern California to find out who's the Big Man on Campus.

Team 1925, the team Johnson and Kelly run, is arguably the most talented 7on7 team in the West, but they've yet to win a tournament in their two years of existence. They're hoping to make that happen in their own tournament.

A receiving corps featuring Scout 300 prospects Jordan Payton and Bryce Treggs, as well as Chris Harper and Kori Whitfield, lead Team 1925. Troy Williams, one of the top underclass quarterbacks in the West, runs the offense, which also features Mike Davidson out of the backfield. Defensively, they feature three-star cornerback Chaz Anderson and linebacker Jeremiah Allison and four-star corner Ishmael Adams.

A week ago, Alliance Sports knocked off Team 1925 in the finals of the AIGA Memorial Day tournament behind the arm of 2015 prospect Josh Rosen and they'd like nothing more than to do it again in Carson. They also have BCS prospects Justin Johnson and Dalis Bruce.

A couple of national teams will be making the trip to Southern California, led by Team Miami, which boasts receiver Amari Cooper, SMU commit Elston Lane and Scout 300 corner A.J. Leggett.

The Goon Squad, led by New Level Athletics co-founder Baron Flenory, has several top prospects, including one from the Southland, Christo Kourtzidis, a four-star tight end. It will also feature the top quarterback in the tournament in five-star Zeke Pike, as well as other Scout 300 prospects like Deaysean Rippy.

Team DB Guru will feature the best 1-2 punch of any secondary in the tournament, with five-star safety Shaquille Thompson and Scout Top 50 cornerback Tee Shepard patrolling the defensive backfield. They'll also have Scout 300 receiver Deontay Greenberry.

Team AIGA, traditionally a strong 7on7 squad, will have a couple of top prospects to watch including Butch Pauu and Christian Tago, who will play safety and quarterback.

Team Bodybytra will have a couple of D-I offer recipients like Myles Carr, Taylor Lagace, Tairen Owens and Scout 300 member Kevon Seymour.

Team Prodigy has had great success on the 7on7 circuit and they have a Scout 300 member themselves in Jeremy Castro. will have full coverage of the event.
