While undersized, he possesses great instincts on the football field to put himself in a position to make a play on the ball-carrier. He is a flat out football player that works hard every play and his effort has begun to get him some interest from Pac 12 schools.
"Mainly just UCLA, Oregon State and Utah out of the Pac 12, but it's too early right now to tell who has the most interest," Talifero said. "Right now I'm just waiting till the end until it's all said and done."
He hasn't narrowed his list but feels teams sleeping on him will miss out.
"I kind of feel at this point, that whoever decides to take a chance on me is going to get a steal," said Talifero. "I'm going to work hard and perform against all of the programs that didn't feel like I was worth the effort."
Right now, he is taking in his recruitment and letting everything happen. "My favorite team when I was younger was Ohio State, but I kind of grew out of it," said Talifero. "Now, I like defensive oriented teams like LSU and Alabama."
"I want to see the interest teams have in me. My visits will probably be around December and January after the offers have accumulated and we see what happens."
Along with camping at UCLA this weekend, Talifero will also be back in Westwood for the Bruins camp on the June 22 and at the Oregon State camp at Fullerton College on June 16.
