Recapping the Chris Sailer Kicking Illinois Fall Tour...

Chris Sailer Kicking recently made a stop in the talented Midwest.  Downers Grove South High School in Chicago, IL was the scene for the IL Nike Fall Camp.  Prospects from 15 different states were in attendance.  Many Chris Sailer Kicking veterans performed well and there was also some impressive showings from some newcomers.  Take a look at the results.

Camp Champions
Field Goal: Grant Amick (2013, IL) - Grant was perhaps the most talented all around prospect at the camp.  A great athlete with a big time leg.  Grant was strong on field goals off the ground winning back to back field goal competitions.  He was also impressive on kickoffs showing D1 level talent. 

Kickoff Champion: Hayden Lekacz (2014, IL) - Hayden was the top young prospect at the camp.  The "TOP 12" Member has one of the strongest legs in the nation in his class.  A great all around talent that shows big time potential.  Could be a D1 scholarship pick with hard work. 

Punt Champion: Luke Nelson (2013, IL) - Luke was impressive from start to finish.  The Chris Sailer Kicking newcomer proved that he belonged with the best of the best.  Luke hit 40 + yard punts with 4.6 + hang time all day.  His best punts were over 50 yards with over 5 seconds hang time.  Luke is a D1 punter without a doubt.

Other Young Prospects Showing Potential: Milan Dosen (2015, IL), Tristan Cunha (2015, IL), Zach Jeffries (2015, IL)

Chris Sailer Kicking will next make stops in Charlotte, NC (October 27), Atlanta, GA (October 28), Dallas, TX (November 11), and Los Angeles, CA (January 13).  The final stop will be in Las Vegas, NV on January 19-20, 2013 for the biggest kicking, punting, and long snapping camp in the world - The 11th Annual National Kicking & Snapping Event!
