CIF State Football Championship Division IV Bowl Game- Solana Beach (Calif.) Santa Fe Christian vs. Modesto (Calif.) Central Catholic at Home Depot Center at 4:00 p.m.
The state bowl games kickoff with a matchup of teams from the SacJoaquin Section and the San Diego Section.  Santa Fe Christian is led by their quarterback-running back combo of Hunter Vacarro behind center and Tony Miro at running back.

CIF State Football Championship Division I Bowl Game- Long Beach (Calif.) Poly vs. Granite Bay (Calif.) at Home Depot Center at 8:00 p.m.
Long Beach Poly, regarded as arguably the top talent producer in all of high school football over the past twenty years, is once again loaded with college level talent at several positions.

The top overall prospect for the Jackrabbits is sophomore cornerback Iman Marshall. The elite 2015 corner has been stellar all season. Junior safety John Smith has great size, physicality and ball skills and has a handful of offers. UCLA linebacker commit Jayon Brown is another big-time prospect that plays with a lot of passion and attitude.

On the offensive side of the ball, Washington State tailback commit Gerard Wicks is a tremendous power backs and is a great get for Mike Leach.  Manusamoa Lu'uga also carries the ball for the Jackrabbits.  Junior quarterback Eban Jackson took control of the Poly offense last week in their win over Clovis North.

Granite Bay has rebounded from a 1-3 start and is playing in the state bowl game for the first time.   They're led by Beau Hershberger, the linebacker who's been the anchor of their defense this season.

Grant Caraway runs the Grizzlies offense and the two-headed running back duo of John Cooley and Tony Ellison has been a key to their streak, combining for over 2,700 yards.

Brandon is in his eighth year with, currently as a National Recruiting Analyst and West Regional Manager. Prior to joining the Recruiting Team, he was a team recruiting writer.  He's been covering recruiting for the network since 2003.
