State School of the Year Nominations

It's not an exact science and there are no point totals that are compiled for winning league titles or winning section titles. But for nearly 20 years we've been honoring a State School of the Year based on all-around athletic accomplishment and we also select a top overall winner for small schools and medium schools. Who should we be looking at most closely for 2001-2002?

STATE SCHOOL OF THE YEAR NOMINATIONS Criteria: We attempt to spread around the schools we honor to some extent. Finishing high in comparison to every school in the state in various sports gets the most consideration and winning CIF state titles or being a State Team of the Year in sports in which there are no state titles also ranks very high.
