My Final Thoughts:

Carlsbad has a line that averages 275 and this will take its toll on the Escondido line over the course of 4 quarters.  Though Carlsbad has a run personality, it knows it can throw the ball and is comfortable doing so.  Escondido will run the ball and attempt to eat clock to keep the ball out of the hands of the Carlsbad Offense.  Should Escondido fall behind they also have a 10 yard per throw average and they may use it.  It is the job of both coaches to impose their will on the other team so we will not know which team will get that accomplished until Friday Night.
