My Final Thoughts:

West is a heavy weight run team that will try to pound out yards on the ground, eat up clock and keep the ball away from Merced.  Their very good defense will attempt to stop a very potent Merced offense, which will be difficult to do.  Merced's offense can run the ball extremely well, but has the ability to control the game through the air and score a lot of points.  This could be a big problem for West if Merced gets up in points because it will force West to throw, which they do not like to do.  This will be a tough task for West because they rely so much on the run, but these kids will come out with heart and attempt to force their will on Merced.  This is a game that you will want to go see because there are excellent ball players on both sides of the ball and both teams.
