Undefeated Football Teams for the Regular Season

Bakersfield holds the state record with 27, but was just 5-5 this season and is already out of the Central Section playoffs. But Berkeley and De La Salle of Concord both went 10-0 this year and tied Eureka for second on the list with 16 each. It was Berkeley's first undefeated regular season since 1966 while the Spartans stretched their state and national record for consecutive undefeated regular seasons to a "who would have ever thunk it" total of 13.

Congrats to all who accomplished perfection during all of their 2002 regular season games and to those who only had a tie.
