"I committed to Yale," said Stanley.
"It's great. I went up [last month]. I was supposed to go to some more camps, but that was the first one I went to and I loved the coaching staff. The academics you can't beat, and the football program looks real strong. I loved it."
Stanley is being recruited to play defensive end for the Bulldogs. He hopes to tack on another 10 pounds before this season, and ultimately put on as much weight as possible in the offseason.
He recorded 49 tackles last season for the Panthers helping them to a 8-4 record. Stanley's goal this season is not more tackles but to win a title. "I'm going to finish up my senior and win a Valley Championship."
