Bercovici Gets A Helping Hand

Woodland Hills Taft quarterback Michael Bercovici gets to work out with NFL draft hopeful...

Michael Bercovici and his Taft coach Matt Kerstetter both have a connection to next week's NFL Draft.

Coach Kerstetter personally trained USC wide receiver Damian Williams in the two months leading up to his Pro Day. Damian was 1st team All Pac-10 and according to all the mock drafts he will be a second round pick.

Bercovici also spent several days throwing to Damian leading up to Pro Day. Those workouts were beneficial for Michael's development and confidence.

Bercovici actually got to be Damian's quarterback for a television feature that ESPN shot about Damian at a Burbank studio. Espn is supposed to air Damian's feature during the Draft.

As one player prepares for his NFL dreams, another, Bercovici, preps for his first year as the starter at Taft, and works towards his dream of a college scholarship.
