2014 Pomona offensive lineman Kendall Ryan tied up with Christmas with a December 26th commit to Northern Colorado. The 6-4 300 pound offensive guard, who is a very strong student, held Ivy League attention as well as looks from other FCS schools.
Regarding Northern Colorado and his commit Ryan states, "Northern Colorado stood out because the coaches have always been recruiting me hard, it's a place I feel wanted, I think that is important. Also the school has my majors and its academic programs are incredible."
Breaking down what he feels he can bring to the Northern Colorado program Ryan says, "I think I bring heart. I want to do the best I can and push those around me to that point as well." Ryan goes on to say, "The coaches always told me they not only recruited me for my skills on the field, but also my leadership skills, this compliment meant a lot to me."
The All-State performer, who helped power one of Colorado's most punishing run games plans on studying business or criminal justice.
