Rocky Mountain OT Makes Commit

Big Rocky Mountain tackle Salofi Gaoa will play college ball close to home.

Kevin Lytle of the Fort Collins Coloradoan is reporting that 6-6 260 pound offensive tackle Salofi Gaoa of Rocky Mountain High School has verbally committed to Colorado State.

Gaoa is the second Colorado prepster to commit to the Rams in the past week.  This past weekend WR/DB Olabisi Johnson of Bear Creek made his verbal to Colorado State.

Gaoa, who plays right tackle for Rocky Mountain, is a big framed kid with good length.  With his frame it is not difficult to project Gaoa in the 300 pound range early in his college career.
