2016 Regis Jesuit tight end Jack Stoll just made the leap from a regional recruit to a national recruit, reporting that the Texas Longhorns have made an offer. The offer, Stoll’s sixth, is in addition to prior offers from Idaho State, Air Force, Wyoming, Nevada and Colorado State.
Stoll, who has great size and very good athleticism, has all the attributes teams look for in a 21st Century tight end. Stoll is a very willing and capable blocker that brings a physical presence to the field. Further, Stoll is very comfortable lining up in multiple spots, working also as an H-back and slot. As a receiver, Stoll is a hands catcher, who makes plays in traffic and finishes runs. His size also makes him a good redzone target.
Now holding a Power 5 offer look for Stoll’s sheet to grow rapidly as he moves to double digits.
