Another of Colorado’s top prospects from the talented class of 2016 has opted to take their game out of state as Colorado Springs Pine Creek athlete JoJo Domann is reporting he will play his college football at Nebraska. Domann picked the Huskers over finalist Arizona State, Colorado, Kansas State and Cal.
The 6-1 208 Domann is one of Colorado’s top playmakers on both sides of the ball helping his Pine Creek squad to back to back state titles. Earlier this week Domann discussed with PrepColorado the reason for the early verbal was based on focusing on helping Pine Creek earn a third straight title.
Domann, knows the Huskers very well. His high school teammate Avery Anderson is competing for a defensive back spot for the Huskers as is his friend and former 7on7 teammate Eric Lee, a Valor grad.
Domann is the second high profile 2016 Colorado prospect to opt for the Huskers in the past few days. Earlier this week Regis Jesuit TE/H-back Jack Stoll picked the Huskers over Texas.
