2016 Columbine defender Chris Reese reports to PrepColorado that he has received two offers this week. The 6-5 240 pound defensive lineman says both Drake and Air Force are now on board. The two new offer are in addition to previous offers from the University of San Diego and Davidson. Reese also has interest in the University of Wyoming.
Reese, who has done it all for the Rebels during his career at Columbine, says schools are recruiting him on the defensive side of the ball to play 3 and 5 tech. The physical, high motor defender has great size and a frame to add more and will be a very impressive defensive lineman after a couple of years in a college program. Further, Reese, a very good student, boasting a 4.56 weighted GPA and 33 on his ACT is more than capable of doing well with the academic rigors of the schools recruiting him. During the recruiting process, due to his game and academic prowess, Reese has heard from Yale, Princeton and Harvard.
As signing day fast approaches Reese is finalizing his plans stating, “I'm going to San Diego, Davidson, Drake, and Air Force. I'm also thinking about doing a sort of day long visit at Wyoming.” The big defender has focused on improving his speed throughout his high school career and he wants to continue to do that to help with his goal of making, “an impact my freshman year.”
