2017 Mullen DB Christian Cumber gains Nevada offer.

New Offer for Mullen DB

Grand Junction offensive lineman Dante Stewart is reporting he has gained his first offer, coming from the University of Northern Colorado. Stewart, at 6-3 270 pounds, is a very physical interior player

Linebacker Corte Tapia of Windsor, who holds an offer from Northern Colorado, this past weekend, made a trip to the University of Kansas.   Tapia, Colorado’s all-time sack leader, is also hearing from Colorado State and Wyoming.

Dante Sparaco of Cherry Creek gained another Ivy League offer.  The big tight end added Dartmouth to previous Ivy offers from Princeton and Columbia. Sparaco’s recent Ivy offers are in addition to multiple DI offers.

Outside backer Jon Van Diest of Cherry Creek picked up an offer from Louisville.  Right now the high motor, talented defender is one of the hottest prospects in Colorado.

Another 2017 prospect, DB Christian Cumber of Mullen, picked up an offer from Nevada.  Cumber has a very busy spring on tap playing 7on7, running track for Mullen.  Cumber will also attend the Nike’s The Opening in Seattle this May.  He will also visit the University of Washington.  Cumber, who beyond Nevada, holds offers from Colorado and Colorado State is also hearing from multiple ACC, Big 10 and Pac 12 schools.

Congrats to 2016 CSU football commit Toby McBride of Fort Morgan for winning his third straight state wrestling title.
