SunStateFootball Top 100: 61-65

The state of Florida is expected to have over 330 players sign D-1 scholarships on signing day. SunStateFootball provides a Pre-Spring Top 100 to highlight SOME of the top players in the state. Here is a look at players 61-65.

61. Pedro Sibiea

Area Rank: Dade(8)

School: Homestead

Ht/Wt: 6'3, 260

Position: Defensive Line

Offers: UF

Sibiea is a player that could really rise up this list throughout the year. He has great physical tools and could play DE or DT as well as fit into a 3-4 scheme. Has not been a difference maker on the field yet, but it is likely to happen during his senior season. Received an early UF offer and is attracting major interest right now.

62. Justin Ferguson

Area Rank: Broward(8)

School: Flanagan

Ht/Wt: 6'1, 195

Position: Wide Receiver

Offers: FSU, UF, Notre Dame, UCF

Physical WR who plays the position like a RB. Strong, fights for yards, and uses his body well. Made big plays in a break-out junior campaign after transferring in from out of state. Far and away the top prospect to come out of Flanagan in many years. Has more speed down the field than explosion. Might be intriguing as a potential Safety as well. FSU, UF, and Miami are all firmly in the mix as well as ND where he visit soon.

63. Jamie Willis

Area Rank: Polk(3)

School: Fort Meade

Ht/Wt: 6'1, 195

Position: Linebacker

Offers: Indiana, FIU

Top prospect from Ft. Meade, a school that consistently produces D-1 athletes. Long arms with speed and a good frame, Willis has a lot of upside down the road. Plays DE, but will easily transition back to OLB with his athleticism. Physical player. Holds just two offers, but is on a lot of BCS schools radar and should end Spring with double digits in his pocket. Miami fan.

64. Teko Powell

Area Rank: Dade(9)

School: Miami Norland

Ht/Wt: 6'2, 260

Position: Defensive Tackle

Offers: FSU, UF, LSU, USF, Wisconsin

Productive player who was part of stellar Norland defense that played in the state title game. Needs to fill out, but has plenty of room to do so. Active and flashes the ability to get up the field. Good first step and gets off the ball well. Should see his stock rise throughout the year, especially if he adds the expected weight. Last year Elkino Watson was very coveted down the stretch, Powell's recruitment could be similar.

65. Abraham Garcia

Area Rank: Broward(9)

School: University

Ht/Wt: 6'5, 330

Position: Offensive Tackle

Offers: UF, Marshall, USF

Garcia is a player that could rank in the top 20. Physically he has everything that you look for in a big-time offensive line prospect. Actually played TE last summer in 7on7 and looked good doing it. He falls here because he missed his junior year(and a state title) with an injury and needs to prove that he is healthy and ready to go. Despite the injury, he is on a lot of high BCS schools radar and has nothing but upside remaining. Seems to like LSU quite a bit at this time.
